1. Binding agreement
These terms govern international subscription access to the software tools and
signal-delivery services offered through the TRIGON Technology Ecosystem™. By
purchasing a subscription or accessing the service, you enter into a binding
agreement with Idle Trades Collective, subject to any mandatory rights that apply
in your jurisdiction.
2. Monthly billing and automatic renewal
Every plan displayed on this website is a recurring monthly subscription priced in
U.S. dollars. The selected amount is billed in advance on the initial purchase date.
Unless you cancel, the same payment method will be charged automatically at the
beginning of each following monthly billing period at the applicable subscription
rate. There is no trial period unless one is stated expressly at checkout.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting
support@trigonidle.com. Submit the
request at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge so it can be processed
before renewal. A completed cancellation stops future billing. Access ordinarily
remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
4. Digital delivery and refunds
Because the service may provide immediate digital access to proprietary analytics,
indicators, and signal delivery, fees are generally non-refundable once access or
delivery begins. No prorated refund is ordinarily provided for unused time,
inactivity, or a cancelled remainder of a billing period. This rule does not remove
any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Service boundaries
TRIGON provides software-based data analytics, indicators, alerts, and signals. It
does not execute trades, hold customer funds, provide custody, or provide
individualized investment advice. Private Telegram delivery is subject to payment
verification, technical availability, and Telegram's platform terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Idle Trades Collective and its
developers and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential,
special, or trading-related losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the
service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot
legally be excluded.
1. No financial or investment advice
TRIGON Technology Ecosystem™, including TRIGON Quant™, TRIGON Matrix™, TRIGON
Vector™, and TRIGON Cipher™, is a proprietary suite of data analytics tools,
mathematical models, and algorithmic signal engines operated by Idle Trades
Collective. Idle Trades Collective is a technology and software provider; it is not
acting through this website as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity
trading adviser, custodian, or financial institution. The service does not provide
a personal recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial
instrument.
2. High-risk warning
Trading equities, foreign exchange, digital assets, and other financial markets
involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Prices may
move rapidly and unpredictably. Models rely on historical and current data and can
be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Past performance and model output do not
guarantee future results. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions,
execution, position sizing, and risk exposure.
3. No guaranteed outcome
No signal, alert, indicator, statistic, or analytical output is promised to be
timely, complete, accurate, profitable, or suitable for a particular strategy.
Never trade money you cannot afford to lose and obtain independent professional
advice where appropriate.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Idle Trades Collective, its
developers, and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, consequential,
incidental, special, or trading-related losses arising from use of, or inability to
use, TRIGON software or signal delivery. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website and service, we may collect:
- your name, email address, country, and communications with support;
- selected plan, subscription status, consent records, transaction references, and payment status;
- IP address, device and browser information, access times, security events, and operational logs; and
- Telegram or other delivery identifiers when needed to provide private channel access.
Card details are handled by the payment provider's secure systems. We do not intend
to receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
2. How information is used
- to create and maintain subscription access;
- to process and reconcile payments and recurring renewals;
- to deliver private-channel access and service communications;
- to support customers, prevent abuse, and secure the service; and
- to meet legal, accounting, tax, dispute, and regulatory obligations.
3. Service providers and international transfers
Information may be processed by providers required to operate the service,
including Cloudflare for website infrastructure and security, Maya for payment
processing, Telegram for private-channel delivery, and professional advisers or
authorities where legally required. These providers may process data in countries
different from your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law. We do not
sell personal information to third-party marketers.
4. Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery,
security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Administrative,
technical, and access controls are used to reduce unauthorized access, alteration,
disclosure, or loss. No internet service can promise absolute security.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction,
deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information, and to
complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Some information may need to be
retained for legal or financial-record obligations.
6. Contact
Send privacy questions or rights requests to
support@trigonidle.com. Do not send
passwords, API keys, card details, or other payment credentials by email.
1. Current use
The current landing page uses essential local browser storage to remember whether
you selected “Essential only” or “Allow optional.” This prevents the privacy-choice
notice from being shown repeatedly. The current site does not activate optional
analytics, advertising, or affiliate tracking merely because “Allow optional” is
selected.
2. Future optional technologies
If analytics or other optional technologies are added later, this policy and the
consent controls should be updated before they are activated. Where required, those
technologies will remain disabled until you provide consent.
3. Managing browser storage
You can clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
Blocking essential storage may cause the preference notice to appear again or may
affect future account and security features.
1. Subscription cancellation
Subscriptions operate on a month-to-month basis. You may request cancellation of
future renewals by emailing
support@trigonidle.com. Submit the
request at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge. Cancellation does not
automatically create a refund for an already-billed period or services already
delivered.
2. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable once digital access or signal delivery begins.
Prorated refunds or credits are not ordinarily provided for unused time, account
inactivity, or a cancelled remainder of a billing period. Nothing in this policy
removes any mandatory consumer, payment, cancellation, refund, or statutory right
that applies in your jurisdiction.
3. Billing errors and legitimate disputes
If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or charged for
a service you did not authorize, contact support promptly with the transaction
date, amount, and non-sensitive account details. Verified errors will be corrected
in accordance with applicable law and payment-network rules.
4. Fraudulent or abusive activity
Where credible evidence indicates payment fraud, unauthorized account use,
deliberate abuse, or a knowingly false claim, access may be suspended or terminated
and relevant records may be preserved and provided through lawful procedures.
Legitimate chargeback and statutory dispute rights remain available where the law
or payment-network rules provide them.
5. Records
Relevant transaction, consent, service-delivery, and account-activity records may
be provided to payment processors, card issuers, financial institutions, advisers,
or authorities when necessary to investigate a dispute and permitted by applicable
privacy law.
1. Uptime target
Idle Trades Collective targets 99.5% service uptime in each calendar month,
excluding scheduled maintenance and the other exclusions below. This is a service
objective, not a guarantee that every feature, market feed, messaging integration,
or geographic network path will always be available.
2. Maintenance
Maintenance, security updates, infrastructure changes, and deployments may be
required. Where practicable, reasonable efforts will be made to provide at least 24
hours' notice of planned maintenance expected to cause material downtime.
Scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations unless stated otherwise.
3. Volatility, latency, and external services
Market volatility, exchange disruptions, provider outages, internet routing,
congestion, cyber incidents, messaging-platform failures, and other external events
may delay or interrupt data and signal delivery. The service may rely on market-data
sources, cloud infrastructure, exchange APIs, telecommunications networks,
payment services, and Telegram.
4. No execution or market guarantee
TRIGON does not execute trades and does not guarantee that a signal, alert,
indicator, or data point will be timely, accurate, profitable, or suitable for a
particular strategy. Users remain responsible for orders, positions, execution,
and risk management.
5. Remedy and liability
The primary service remedy for an attributable unplanned outage is restoration of
the affected service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idle Trades
Collective and its providers are not liable for indirect, consequential, special,
or trading-related losses caused by downtime, delay, missed opportunities,
unexecuted orders, liquidation events, or software errors. Mandatory rights remain
unaffected.
6. Force majeure and support
Delays caused by events beyond reasonable control may be excluded, subject to
applicable law. For service-status or account questions, contact
support@trigonidle.com.
